Originally from Naples, Chef Salvatore Santoro is a third-generation master pizza maker from a family of pizza bakers. With over 20 years of experience in his hometown, he brings his traditional expertise and passion for Neapolitan cuisine to Pizza Da Salvatore.

Having won several awards, he was voted Best Pizza Chef in Belgium in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Each pizza is an invitation to discover the authentic taste of Naples, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and a deep respect for tradition.
